  Disposal



Disposal

   The discharge, deposit, injection, dumping, spilling, leaking, or placing of any solid waste or hazardous waste into the environment (land, surface water, ground water, and air).

Discharge
The release of any waste into the environment from a point source.

Deposit
A cash lump sum, usually expressed as a percentage of the value of the property, given by the buyer to the seller.

Waste
An improper use or an abuse of a property by a possessor who holds less than fee ownership, such as a tenant, life tenant, mortgagor or vendee.

Acting for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge and consent of all parties thereto.

Cash or stock distribution paid to holders of common stock.
