  Draw



Draw

   A payment, made periodically, to a construction contractor or subcontractor as work progresses. A draw is part of a construction loan.

Contractor
In the construction industry, a contractor is one who contracts to erect buildings or portions of them.

Subcontractor
A contractor working under and being paid by the general contractor, often a specialist in nature, such as an electrical contractor, cement contractor, etc.

Draw
A payment, made periodically, to a construction contractor or subcontractor as work progresses. A draw is part of a construction loan.

Loan
A sum of borrowed money (principal) that is generally repaid with interest.

Down spouts

A fungal decay that causes lumber to crumble.

Drywall
A construction material used as a basis for interior walls in a home.
