Flats

   Sheets used in the room. Smaller motels will usually send their sheets out to a commercial laundry.

Will
A written document, properly witnessed, providing for the transfer of title to property owned by the deceased, called the testator.

Laundry
If the motel has 40 units or more, the laundry will usually have two 50 lb. Commercial washers with automatic soap injection and one or two large dryers.

Float
The number of freely traded shares in the hands of the public.

Float floor drain
A drain that diverts water from the basement to a collection area. Water is then removed with a sump pump.

Floating
The time period is defined by a season and the week period is not fixed. One reserves the time period within the appropriate season annually.
