Site analysis Determines the suitability of a specific parcel of land for a specific use.

Parcel An officially described piece of land.
Land The earth's surface, extending downward to the center of the earth and upward infinitely into space, including things permanently attached by nature, such as trees and water.
Use The specific purpose for which a parcel or a building is intended to be used or for which it has been designed or arranged.
